A classic strawberry. Delicious, firm fruits on an earlybearing variety. After fruiting, the plants will produce runners to extend your patch - just guide the new plants, forming on a long stem, to the spot you want them.
Developed by the USDA in Maryland in 1975, 'Earliglow' is a hybrid of (Fairland × Midland) × (Redglow × Surecrop). It has become a benchmark for flavor among early-season strawberries.
Appearance: Size & Shape are medium-sized, conical berries. Deep red exterior with a matching red interior. Texture is glossy skin with firm flesh, making them ideal for fresh consumption and freezing.

Maintenance: Mulch to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Fertilize in early spring and mid-season. Remove flowers in the first year to promote root development. After harvest, trim old leaves to encourage new growth.
