A short season, short stature white-seeded quinoa from Chile. Selected as an off-type from 'Kaslala,' our source for these seeds — Wild Garden Seed — gave it the name 'Biobio,' which they report looks very similar to 'Redhead.' Both have very white seeds but seeds are smaller in 'Biobio.' Earliest maturing kind in Wild Garden Seed trials a few years ago, and high yielding.
